Bilateral short fourth metatarsals with normal joints.
Normal bone density.
No obvious recent bone fracture is seen.
No significant soft tissue abnormality is seen. Short fourth metatarsal bone.

Brachymetatarsia is a rare condition that develops from the early closure of the growth plate which typically involves the fourth ray or, less frequently, more than one metatarsal bone.
