Well defined abnormal signal (T1 hypointense, T2 hyperintense), intensely enhancing intra-axial mass lesions with extensive perilesional vasogenic edema in grey-white matter junction of both frontal and left parietal lobes.
Midline shift to the right side measuring about 7 mm.
Case Discussion
Brain metastases with extensive enhancement and perilesional vasogenic edema compatible with metastases from primary ductal carcinoma of the breast.
