BRAIN STEM TUMOR:
CEREBELLAR TISSUE, NO NEOPLASM SEEN
GANGLIOGLIOMA

Comment
Although most ganglioglioma are of WHO grade I, with no definitive established criteria for grade II ganglioglioma, this tumor shows diffuse pattern, as demonstrated on NFP immunostain and very focal increase in ki-67 proliferation index. The overall features probably favor more grade II ganglioglioma.
