Abnormal signal intensity lesion (T2/FLAIR high and T1 low, without diffusion restriction or T2* GRE blooming artifact) centered in the pons extending into the midbrain, medulla and left middle cerebellar peduncle. The lesion demonstrates heterogeneous peripheral patchy enhancement.
