Diffuse expansion of the pons with extension into the medulla, and midbrain, right more prominent than left, and cerebellar peduncles. The tumor shows mass effect on the anterior aspect of fourth ventricle resulting in obstructive hydrocephalus and transependymal edema, basilar artery is displaced to left side and there is no evidence of resrictedrestricted diffusion or hemorrhagyhemorrhage.
