- Large mesencephalic and pontine bleeding causing perifocal edema and breaking into the fourth ventricle.
- Resultant effacement of the infratentorial extracerebral liquor spaces.
- Hypodense areas in supratentorial bilateral deep white matter in line with chronic small vessel ischemic changes.
