Breast cancer brain metastases

MRI shows diffuse asymmetric cerebral convexities dural smooth thickening and enhancement overlying the cerebral hemispheres with a slight mass effect on the right side.
Abnormal signal intra axial enhancing mass lesions are seen in cerebellar hemispheres and the right thalamus with downward extension to the posterosuperior midbrain surrounded by vasogenic edematous changes.
The largest mass is measuring about 25 x 30 mm in the right cerebellar hemisphere.
Loss of normal bone marrow signal related to infiltrative/metastatic lesions.
