An irregular mass at the left breast is associated with increased dermal thickness.
Case Discussion
This mass was pathologically confirmed to be an invasive ductal carcinoma.
Although CT is not a modality we usually think of when discussing the primary diagnosis of breast cancer, the breasts are imaged on all chest CTs and should be a region of review.
