Breast cancer in a patient with NF1

MLO

Multiple well rounded soft tissue lesions project over both breasts. Many can be seen to be external to the breast, on the skin. Additionally in the left breast a stellate density with architectural distortion is present.
Case Discussion
This patient has a known diagnosis of neurofibromatosis type 1, and now has developed a left breast carcinoma.
