Follow-up post cancer treatment.

Gender: Female

CT Chest

CT selected images demonstrate multiple bone sclerotic lesions on vertebral bodies and ribs, signs of left mastectomy and multiple small pulmonary nodules randomly distributed.  

Case Discussion

Most common sites of breast cancer metastases are:

  • bone - 58%
  • lung and pleura - 26%
  • non-ipsilateral lymph nodes - 16%
