Sparse fibroglandular breasts with radiodense nodule with indistinct margins in the superolateral quadrant of the left breast.

Hypoechoic, irregular nodule, with indistinct margins and a larger axis parallel to the skin, palpable, without a posterior acoustic shadow, located in the superolateral quadrant of the left breast, measuring approximately 4.3 cm in its largest diameter. Exam classified as BI-RADS 4.
Case Discussion
The patient underwent a core biopsy, confirming the lesion as a fibroadenoma.
