A well-circumscribed oval shaped inhomogeneous mass is noted at retroareolar portions of right breast, surrounded by a thin capsule, comprising of both fat and soft-tissue densities (both radiolucent and radiodense components - "breast within a breast"  or a "slice of sausage" appearance)
