Rounded density projected over the left thoracic cavity which is parallel to the breast fold.
Normal right breast outline.
Case Discussion
A unilateral breast implant (prosthesis projects over the left chest) augmentation having been performed following a mastectomy for a breast malignancy.
It is far less common to identify a unilateral implant, as so many of them are for primary cosmetic purposes and so involve both breasts.
