Presentation

Left breast palpable mass on physical exam.

Patient Data

Age: 40 years
Gender: Female
mammography

Irregular hyperdense mass with spiculated margins and internal microcalcifications is seen in the left breast's upper outer quadrant, causing surrounding parenchymal distortion - BI-RADS 5.

Left breast skin thickening is also evident.

There are also several enlarged lymph nodes in the left axillary region.

pathology

US guided core needle biopsy (CNB) was performed on the left breast mass and histopathology findings confirmed invasive ductal carcinoma.
