A relatively hyperdense mass with an irregular and spiculated margin at the upper outer quadrant of the right breast causes slightly surrounding parenchymal distortion. A few tiny calcifications are seen within. (BI-RADS 5)
There are at least two small lesions with irregular margins in the vicinity of the mentioned mass that could be suggestive of satellite lesions.
A few dominant lymph nodes in the right axillary regions.
Mild skin thickening particularly in peri areolar regions.
Case Discussion
The patient underwent a right breast mass ultrasound-guided core needle biopsy, and histopathology evaluation confirmed invasive ductal carcinoma, the most common type of breast cancer.
