A hyperdense mass with irregular and spiculated borders containing small calcification foci is evident in the central area of the left breast, accompanied by skin thickening and nipple retraction. (BI-RADS 5)
A dominant lymph node is seen in the left axillary region.
Several foci of calcification with a benign appearance are scattered in both breasts.
The patient underwent a US-guided core needle biopsy and then left mastectomy, and histopathology evaluation confirmed invasive ductal carcinoma.
