A hyperdense mass with irregular margin and internal foci of calcifications is noted in the upper outer quadrant of the left breast, which causes adjacent parenchymal distortion. (BI-RADS 5)

Ultrasound guided core needle biopsy was performed for the patient, and histopathology evaluation confirmed invasive ductal carcinoma.
