A relatively hyperdense mass with irregular and spiculated margins is evident in the central part of the upper half of the right breast, which contains several small internal calcification foci and has caused surrounding tissue distortion. (BI-RADS 5)
Several punctate calcification foci are scattered in the right breast with a benign appearance. (BI-RADS 2)
