A hyperdense mass with an irregular and spiculated margin in the upper central part of the right breast that contains fine calcification foci and causes surrounding parenchymal distortion. (BI-RADS 5)
In addition, foci of calcification with a benign appearance are scattered in the right breast.
Case Discussion
An ultrasound-guided core needle biopsy was performed for the right breast mass, and histopathology evaluation confirmed invasive ductal carcinoma.
