A hyperdense mass with irregular and spiculated margin and fine internal foci of calcification is present in the upper inner quadrant of the right breast, which causes surrounding parenchymal distortion, better seen on tomosynthesis images. (BI-RADS 5)
Case Discussion
Ultrasound-guided core needle biopsy is performed for the right breast mass, and histopathology evaluation confirms invasive ductal carcinoma.
