There is a high-density irregular and spiculated mass in the UOQ of the left breast that causes surrounding parenchymal distortion and skin retraction (BIRADS 5). At least two small satellite lesions are also evident in the vicinity of the mentioned mass.
Case Discussion
A hyperdense breast mass with surrounding parenchymal distortion and skin retraction, highly suggestive of malignancy. An ultrasound-guided core needle biopsy was performed, and histopathology evaluation confirmed invasive breast carcinoma of no special type.
