A large mass with irregular and spiculated margins is noted in the central lateral part of the right breast that causes surrounding parenchymal distortion and nipple retraction. (BI-RADS 5)

Ultrasound-guided core needle biopsy was porformed for the right breast mass and histopathology evaluation confirmed invasive breast carcinoma of no special type.
