Presentation

Right breast palpable mass and nipple retraction on physical exam.

Patient Data

Age: 50 years
Gender: Female

A large mass with irregular and spiculated margins is noted in the central lateral part of the right breast that causes surrounding parenchymal distortion and nipple retraction. (BI-RADS 5)

ultrasound

A large hypoechoic mass with irregular and spiculated margins causes surrounding parenchymal distortion. (BI-RADS 5)

Case Discussion

Ultrasound-guided core needle biopsy was porformed for the right breast mass and histopathology evaluation confirmed invasive breast carcinoma of no special type.
