Hyperdense mass with irregular, spiculated margins present in the upper outer quadrant of the right breast, accompanied by surrounding parenchymal distortion.
Case Discussion
Findings on mammography consistent with BI-RADS 5.
Ultrasound guided core needle biopsy was performed for the patient and histopathology findings confirmed an invasive ductal carcinoma.
