Left breast MLO and CC views showing a mass in the inner lower quadrant with spiculations, linear calcification, breast architectural distortion and skin thickening. Another lesion with well-defined margin is seen posterior and more medial to the malignant mass. An axillary large lymph node is also seen.
Right breast CC and MLO views are normal.
