MLO

A large mass with irregular and spiculated margins and internal microcalcifications is seen at the upper central portion of the right breast, causing skin thickening and retraction.
Right axillary lymphadenopathy.
Case Discussion
Features on mammogram are compatible with BI-RADS assessment category 5 lesion which is highly suggestive of malignancy. Histopathology evaluation confirms invasive ductal carcinoma with lymph node involvement.
The patient underwent neoadjuvant chemotherapy and right mastectomy and axillary lymph node dissection.
