Breast primary with lung and bone metastases

Came for evaluation of exertional dyspnea.

Patient Data

Age: 80
Gender: Female

Multiple lytic bone lesions seen involving the vertebrae anterior and posterior elements. Scattered predominantly peripheral subpleural nodules seen in both lungs. A large round mass with overlying skin thickening and retraction is seen in the inner quadrant of right breast with associated enlarged internal mammary lymph nodes

Case Discussion

All findings favor a breast primary with lung and bone metastases.
