Multiple lytic bone lesions seen involving the vertebrae anterior and posterior elements. Scattered predominantly peripheral subpleural nodules seen in both lungs. A large round mass with overlying skin thickening and retraction is seen in the inner quadrant of right breast with associated enlarged internal mammary lymph nodes
All findings favor a breast primary with lung and bone metastases.
