Two concentric opacities - the outer representing the normal breast tissue and the inner the capsule of the implant.

Case Discussion

Breast implants are common.   Bilateral implants in the vast majority of cases are cosmetic in nature.

Occasionally they may fool the unaware, with increased bilateral lower thoracic opacity believed to be lung consolidation.
