Normal chest radiograph.
The left breast shadow is seen, couldn't identify the right one.
Case Discussion
The female radiographer checked her to exclude the possibility of previous mastectomy for malignancy and found the right breast is present but much smaller than the left one. Breast size asymmetry is a normal variant, while the marked asymmetry raise the possibility of poland syndrome. No further work-up was done and was approved for work.
