Abnormally increased density of the right femoral neck associated with central branching sinus-like tracks with and central nidus-like radiodensity heading towards the cortex medially.
Case Discussion
A 17-year-old boy with a long history of right hip pain with limping. CT images demonstrate branching sinus tracts of the right femoral neck, this branching appearance favors the uncommon Brodie abscess over osteoid osteoma.
