Presentation
Known case of AML, finished treatment 8 years ago. She was doing well until 2 months ago when she developed a dry cough with easy fatigability, increased with exertion, right chest pain associated with a headache and fever.
Patient Data
There is a soft tissue mass density causing filling defect in the right main bronchus extending to the bronchus intermedius measures 1 x 1 cm in axial diameters. It also causing collapse consolidation in the right lower and middle lobes associated with air bronchograms. Minimal right sided pleural effusion is noted. No mediastinal or axillary lymph node enlargement.

Tracheal/bronchial or endobronchial lesions vary from benign to malignant causes. The most common filling defect in tracheobronchial tree is secretions followed by foreign bodies.
