The images show bronchiectasis affecting the left lower lobe. Some of the bronchi are filled with sputum (bronchoceles). There are also some ground glass opacities, and tree in bud opacities, inferring the bronchioles are filled with sputum.

Case Discussion

The bronchiectasis associated with this case is probably due to the sequelae of pneumonia that she had in the past. Now, this bronchiectasis may be filled with sputum and provide a source of infection.
