Severe bronchiectasis involving left lung parenchyma with loss of the normal architecture. Left sided volume loss and ipsilateral mediastinal shift.

Marked atelectasis and consolidation with air-bronchograms in the right middle lobe.

Case Discussion

Current findings are consistent with post-infective bronchiectasis involving left lung.

The patient was treated for pulmonary tuberculosis few years back and so granulomatous disease is one possible cause.
