Presentation

Recurrent chest infection.

Patient Data

Age: 70 years
Gender: Female

The CT images show an accessory hemiazygos vein draining into the left brachiocephalic vein.

Cylindrical/cystic bronchiectasis are noted in the anterior segment of the right upper lobe, and a posterior basal segment of the right lower lobe.
