Chronic cough being evaluated for an opacity on chest radiograph.

Patient Data

Age: 35 years

The CT reveals a branching opacity; typically revealing "finger in glove" appearance.

Case Discussion

The CT reveals a branching opacity; typically revealing "finger in  glove" appearance. No enhancement on contrast injection. The density of the lesion in question is that of a cyst.

Final Diagnosis: Bronchocoele (Presumed)
