A right hilar mass with atelectasis of the right upper lobe is noted with loss of volume of the right hemithorax.

A large right hilar mass consistent with a bronchogenic carcinoma is present with atelectasis of the upper middle lobe. The mass encases the right main bronchus and hilar and mediastinal nodal masses are noted. A moderate pericarial effusion is noted. Bilateral adrenal metastases are present.
