CT scan through the chest and upper abdomen shows bilateral soft tissue masses with lobular margin in the lower zone of both lungs associated with massive pretracheal and prevascular lymphadenopathy. There is also a nodule in the right adrenal glands which is suggestive of metastasis from lung cancer.
Case Discussion
Bilateral lobular mass in both lungs associated with right adrenal nodule. Bronchoscopy and biopsy were performed (not available).
