Heavy smoker complains of 2 months of cough and expectoration in spite of medical treatment

Patient Data

Age: 50 years
Gender: Male

Right central bronchogenic carcinoma infiltrates the right superior lobar bronchus and causes collapse of the right upper lobe with compensatory hyperinflation of the lower lobe. It infiltrates the mediastinal fat without vascular invasion. No lymph nodes
