Gender: Female
X-ray
PA shows a well-defined anterior mediastinal mass with peripheral thin linear calcification.

CT

CT shows a large cystic mass in the right anterior mediastinum. There is a mass effect to the adjacent structures, but invasion to adjacent structures are not definite. Peripheral curvilinear and punctate wall calcifications were noted. Bronchogenic cysts may be mediastinal or intrapulmonary in nature.
