The NG tube is deviated to the right in the mid-chest and on the lateral, its course is deviated posteriorly around a soft-tissue density mass.

The mediastinal mass demonstrated on the plain film is confirmed at MRI as T2 hyperintense and T1 hypointense without contrast enhancement. It is a fluid-filled cyst, most in keeping with a bronchogenic cyst.
