Presentation

The patient presented with a history of shortness of breath and dry cough, fever 39.5 for 3 days, no history of sore throat, runny nose, no history of recent travel or contact with confirmed covid-19.

Patient Data

Age: 45 years
Gender: Male
x-ray

Bilateral broncho-vascular markings. Mild bilateral hilar prominence. Right upper and middle lung zones show a few vague hazy densities. Mild mediastinal widening. 

Impression: Right bronchopneumonia.

Control chest x-ray is typically recommended after antibiotics treatment.
