Multiple lucent mildly expansile lesions are noted involving:

  • both scapulae
  • some of the ribs bilaterally
  • pelvic bones

Multiple osseous expansile lesions are noted involving pelvic bones and left femoral head with hypointense signal on T1, hyperintense signal on T2 with postcontrast heterogeneous enhancement. 

Transplanted kidney is noted at the right iliac fossa.
