Gender: Male

Bucket handle meniscal tear and old partial ACL tear.

Case Discussion

Bucket handle tear of the lateral meniscus. Old ACL tear with contour deformity of the ligament itself and secondary features of ACL laxity including anterior tibial translation and uncovering of the lateral meniscus posterior horn. Mild deepening of the lateral femoral sulcus. There is also a complex tear of the posterior horn of the medial meniscus with horizontal and vertical components. A medial patellar plica is also present.
