Presentation

Chronic knee pain following a twisting injury three months ago.

Patient Data

Age: 30 years
Gender: Male
  • moderate joint effusion is seen

  • bucket handle tear of the medial meniscus with double PCL sign

  • abnormal intrasubstance increased fluid signal along the course of ACL related to an ACL sprain

  • proximal tibiofibular joint cyst measuring about 8 x 20 mm
