Bucket-handle tears of both menisci on the same knee.
ACL tearing and PCL buckling also are also seen.
Mild joint effusion is noted.

"Bucket-handle" tears of both menisci on the same knee is a rare phenomenon but can occur.
Our patient's case was detected by MRI and proven with videoarthroscopy.
