There are buckle fractures of the mid-diaphyses of the radius and ulna.
Case Discussion
Buckle fractures are incomplete fractures and the commonest distal radius or ulnar injury. They are usually metaphyseal, but can sometimes affect the diaphysis - as in this case.
These are not greenstick fractures - the abnormal buckled cortex is on the convex side of the fracture.
