Bulbar urethral stricture

Presentation

History of prior urinary bladder catheterization. Poor urinary stream.

Patient Data

Age: 40 years
Gender: Male
Fluoroscopy

Retrograde urethrogram reveals a stricture involving the bulbar urethra, which did not relax on subsequent views. The posterior urethra and penile urethra appear normal.  Contrast has also begun to fill the bladder. Mild enhancement of Cowper glands is also evident.
