Presentation

Poor urinary stream.

Patient Data

Age: 75 years
Gender: Male
Fluoroscopy

Retrograde urethrography and VCUG reveal a 17 mm stricture at the bulbar segment of the urethra. Enhancement of the Cowper glands is observed.

Prostatic, membranous and penile segments appear normal.

A 4 cm diverticulum at the right posterolateral aspect of the urinary bladder.
