Retrograde urethrography demonstrating a short bulbar urethral stricture with venous intravasation of some of the contrast media.
Contrast media has also begun to fill the bladder.
Case Discussion
Short segment bulbar urethral stricture in a patient with the poor urinary stream. Venous intravasation is related to the degree of pressure applied during contrast administration.
