Right vertebral artery exhibits cranial flow, however partial inversion in its flow is observed, characterized by spectral notch / mesosystolic deceleration.

Right vertebral artery exhibits cranial flow, however partial inversion in its flow is observed, characterized by spectral notch / mesosystolic deceleration. This change corresponds to an early finding concerning ipsilateral subclavian artery steal syndrome.
